I’m starting another cut, this one just for the month of October. I’ll see if I want to continue from there. The last “weigh in” occurred in July and I’ll compare those measures to what “results” have occurred since then.

Total: 198lbs. (89.8kg) 198.7lbs (90.13kg) = +0.7lbs / +0.32kg

Bodyfat Percentage: 24% 22.9% = -1.1%

Fat-free Mass: 150.5lbs. (68.3kg) = 153.2lbs / 69.5kg

  • +0.54lbs. / 0.25kg lean

A lot didn’t change on the sides, other than the thighs.

Lifts

I decided not to include lift stats in the first post because I wasn’t training all of the movements that I wanted to yet. I will include them here; maintaining performance is going to be an issue on an aggressive cut.
